Ceiling and wall panels are constructed of trapezoidal sheet metal, either galvanized or painted with polyester or PVC coating on both surfaces. Polyurethane with a density of 42 (±2) kg/m³ is injected between these two sheets to create superior insulation. Panels are available in three different finishes, depending on their surface type:

1. POLY
The interior and exterior surfaces are made of 0.50 mm thick galvanized sheet metal. The surfaces are coated with polyester-based paint in RAL 9002.

2. PVC
The inner and outer surfaces are made of 0.50 mm thick galvanized sheet metal. It is coated with a 120 μ thick antibacterial PVC coating.

3. CRNI
Its inner and outer surfaces are made of 0.50 mm thick sheet metal. It is manufactured using 304 quality first class stainless steel material.

These panels offer an ideal solution with their durability, hygienic structure and high insulation performance in industrial areas such as cooling systems and cold storages.

1. Corrugated Surface Design:
   The panels' surfaces are manufactured with grooves (water channels). This design directs water flow, ensuring long-lasting use.
2. Locked System:
   The panels feature a locking system that allows for both pull and locking. The locking system uses durable chrome material.
3. Male-Female Crossing Details:
   Panels can be easily joined together using a male-female fitting system, ensuring high efficiency in installation.
4. Fully Sealed Option:
   According to the need, wall panels are produced with special ear (notched) structure in order to ensure complete sealing.
5. Flexible Production:
   • Panels are produced in a standard width of 111 cm and can be prepared in any desired length.
   • Thickness options: 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm.
6. Protective Film Coating:
   To prevent damage to the surfaces after installation, the panels are shipped covered with a protective film.
7. Various Coating Options:
   The two surfaces of the panels can be coated with different or the same materials. Materials used:
   • Polyester or PVC coated galvanized sheet
   • Chrome sheet metal
   • Only galvanized sheet

Our standard production consists of interlocking panels with a 9 mm thick plywood upper surface and a galvanized lower surface, injected with 42 (±2) kg/m3 density polyurethane. The panels have a distributed load-carrying capacity of 2000 kg/m2.
Additionally, non-slip CrNi or 200 micron PVC coated sheet metal can be used on the Plywood on the upper surface, and CrNi can be used on the lower surface.
According to Need;

It can be produced in thicknesses of 60mm – 80mm – 100mm – 120mm – 150mm – 200mm.
It can be produced in standard width of 111 cm and up to the desired length.
The upper surface of the panel can be made of plywood or chrome-coated plywood, and the lower surface can be made of chrome or galvanized sheet metal.
